We bottled on Sunday. The final gravity is 1.008, which should yield an ABV of 6.5%.
Assuming we didn’t catch any critters during the bottling process, this should be a very nice, lightly hopped Bavarian wheat with noticeable honey notes.
I’m calling it Blood Moon.
Speaking of blood moons, we seem to have survived this one unscathed so far. Mani escaped the wolf, and by 10:30 p.m. we had the moon back. I brought my sword outside to watch the eclipse, just in case Pastor John Hagee was right and there was need to fend off any supernatural nasties.
